Description

Description: This engaging program presented by Luiseo storytellers integrates traditional Native American stories, local native history, native language, and an artifact display. The storytellers use performance art, music, and props to make their stories come alive while promoting cultural education and awareness. These presentations supplement literacy units, Native American studies, multicultural studies, and social studies at all grade levels. A variety of content standards are fulfilled across the curriculum. Teacher information is available on website. Requirements: One hour to set up and access to electrical outlet
